Tourliners strike the right note for coach operator18 November 2013

London-based luxury coach hire business Symphony has taken three Neoplan tri-axle Tourliners. The P20 chassis specification includes a 13.2m wheelbase, 53 seats, plus full executive trim and equipment.

Supplied by dealer Cordwallis Heathrow, the MAN vehicles are driven by a 480bhp engine, with a ZF AS Tronic 12-speed transmission. They have forward- and rear-facing cameras, and are kitted out with a Bosch entertainment system and three 15-inch monitors.

"We were looking for a luxury tourer that would fit our ?high executive' brand," says Allen Jey, director of Symphony. "The Tourliner stood out as the most striking vehicle for our customers and for us, providing the best all-round package for the business."

The latest additions are being used for several blue chip customers, including the Force India Formula One motor-racing team.

One of the new vehicles was funded through MAN Financial Services and all have a four-year warranty.
