TruckEast Norwich wins top Scania depot prize18 February 2019
TruckEast Norwich has been crowned Scania’s depot of the year, outscoring all other Scania dealerships on aftersales service criteria.
The Norwich branch achieved maximum points for every target, including a 100% MOT pass rate.
TruckEast acquired the dealership in February 2016, since when the site has undergone a £100,000 upgrade. Under the leadership of depot manager Paul Loades (pictured), the branch has gone from 70th to first place in the competition in three years.
Three other TruckEast branches – Corby, Northampton and Stowmarket – finished in the top ten.
