Reporting to the Engineering Manager the successful applicant must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in both technical and people management skills, preferably in the transport industry.
As well as possessing an appropriate engineering qualification to NVQ 3 level or equivalent, you should have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and show strong leadership skills.
An in depth knowledge of the standards set by DVSA, and an understanding of current Health & Safety legislation are essential. You should also possess excellent budgetary skills.
