ATL goes for Volkswagen Crafter fleet from Imperial 29 May 2015

Derby-based logistics business ATL Warehousing and Distribution has taken delivery of a fleet of new Volkswagen Crafter vans from Imperial Commercials, also in Derby.

"Having worked with the Imperial Commercial's team for many years we have built a strong relationship based on trust," states Pete Ascott, managing director of ATL.

"I needed to replace my large panel van fleet so didn't hesitate when Imperial suggested I tried the Crafter," he adds.

Ascott says his large vans are for rapid response service work and have to be able to cope with heavy mileage, which also sits well with the Volkswagen brand.

"I have been delighted with the positive feedback from my drivers. These men are vital to my business, and when you are on the road all day, comfort and reliability is essential."
