Omitec secures National Tyres and Autocare diagnostics contract 08 September 2011
Omitec has been awarded a contract by National Tyres and Autocare to supply diagnostic tools and support for the NTA branch network in the UK.
Omitec is currently rolling out OmiScan II professional diagnostic scan tools to the 227 branches.
Each branch receives initial training and then has access to the Omitec Support line. Also, each tool is updated on a continuous basis, with the latest software releases.
"National Tyres and Autocare are expanding both the network of branches and the type of service work undertaken," explains NTA project manager Mike Garwood.
"We have been very pleased with the OmiScan product and the support that we have received from Omitec during the launch and training phases. Our technicians are finding the tool very capable and easy to use, enabling NTA to provide additional service work to our customers," he adds.
"We are delighted to be working closely with NTA to provide the best in diagnostic tools and support," states Omitec chairman John Watkins.
