Sata Tools bottle jacks service jacks The service and bottle jacks meet the American ASME PALD standard

Sata Tools has launched a series of bottle jacks and service jacks that are expected to meet the needs of professionals seeking operator safety and productivity.

The new Sata Bottle Jacks are suitable for heavy-duty work and are equipped with a double lever system for better ergonomics. Sata Bottle Jacks are said to be more resistant to heavy-duty jobs due to an automatic welding process that connects the body. The jack series come with capacities ranging from 2 to 50 tonnes.

The Sata Service Jacks are equipped with a dual cylinder system for rapid lifting, a long, wide base for greater stability, and a larger lever to reduce user effort. The jacks´ ultra-low profile is suitable for working on vehicles with flat tyres and low chassis. Their patented dual handle grip is securing better leverage and a solid grip while a universal joint release mechanism offers precision control in any handle position. The built-in safety overload device of the new Sata Service Jack series prevents use beyond rated capacity.

The service and bottle jacks meet the American ASME PALD standard, which sets standards for the safety, design, production, construction, maintenance, and performance of portable automotive lifting devices. Both products come with a one-year-warranty. The new series of service jacks and bottle jacks complete the Sata hand tools portfolio.
