Whale launches online parts ordering facility23 April 2015

Whale Tankers has launched an online parts ordering service, which gives access to more than 1,500 products.

The site, called Whale Parts Direct (click the link below), not only offers a full range of products, but also provides a part identification service.

Customers can upload a photograph and a brief description of the part they need – via smartphone, tablet or PC – and the Whale team will advise on the correct replacement or a suitable alternative.

"We know that when a part is required, it is usually needed quickly as to avoid any downtime on a vehicle and exactly the same delivery options will be available online as those currently offered via the normal ordering channels," says Paul Sharpe, Whale's parts manager.

"For customers facing a real emergency, a same-day courier service can be arranged."
