Blitz Rotary to raise the bus show roof with mobile lifts 27 September 2011

Blitz Rotary is to launch its HydroLift S2 wireless mobile column lifts At next week's Coach and Bus Live PSV exhibition (5—6 October 2011, NEC).

Designed and engineered in the USA, the lift is assembled in the UK, and Blitz Rotary claims that it amounts to a step change in specification, compared to existing column lifts.

Why? Because, says the company, it is much easier for operators to use and to set up, and is more than 30% faster than competitive lifts. It also has exclusively wireless controls, with no master/slave arrangement, so that lifts can be controlled from any column.

Each column has an 8,200 kg. capacity and, with a four- or six- column configuration possible, they can accommodate light duty passenger vehicles right up to large, heavy duty PSVs & CVs.

Blitz Rotary explains that they also feature adjustable forks to cope with varying wheel sizes, and says that they can be used singly, in pairs, or all together – with a programmable height limiter and a two speed lowering system rounding off its capabilities.
