Carrier Transicold Glasgow picks up the PACE22 July 2015

Carrier Transicold Glasgow has won a group award for its high standards of service delivery.

Carrier Transicold UK named the Cambuslang, Glasgow site as the top performer in its annual PACE (performance assessment and competitive excellence) awards, with its Liverpool centre picking up second prize and Stockton-on-Tees in third.

The group measures its service locations against 26 key performance indicators, using web-based software to secure real-time data on planned maintenance completion rates, breakdown response times, first-time fixes and spare parts availability.

"Every year, we adjust the PACE performance criteria to raise the bar even higher to ensure the programme continues to develop in line with segment requirements," says Scott Dargan, managing director, Carrier Transicold, northern Europe and service EMEAR.
