Stertil confirms Beissbarth takeover17 January 2023

The Stertil Group is to takeover Beissbarth Automotive Testing Solutions to provide vehicle equipment solutions for the maintenance, repair and service equipment industries.

Beissbarth has more than 123 years of expertise in automotive testing solutions. The company also provides a product offering with more than a century of experience in the automotive testing industry. This product range of testing and servicing equipment complements and enhances the total equipment solutions goal that the Stertil Group has for the vehicle maintenance, service, and repair industry. The Stertil Group wants to create a solution for both current and future developments within the vehicle equipment industry.
