The Stertil Group, part of Citadel Enterprises and located in Kootstertille, the Netherlands, has acquired Nussbaum Custom Lifts and Nussbaum World Lifts.

Both companies will continue to distribute vehicle lifts through their existing and specialised distribution networks throughout the world. Both companies are described as market leaders – Stertil Koni in the heavy duty vehicle lifts sector and Nussbaum in the light duty vehicle lifts sector.
