The company – launched last year by former Cartwright managing directors John and Steven Cartwright – already has European Community Whole Vehicle Type Approval for several products.
The test facility accommodates all product variants, including rigid bodywork and trailers. All testing and certification is issued on site at Winsford.
"The speed at which the centre has been delivered and the communication with the DVSA team has been excellent," says John Cartwright.
"We now have the facility in-house to carry out all type approval testing, which is a real benefit to the manufacturing process overall."
The company has also announced that it will be exhibiting at the Commercial Vehicle Show, in April.
