Volvo reliability rated highly by Arena Travel 24 December 2012

Having previously owned both a Volvo B12B and B10M coach and found them very reliable, London-based operator Arena Travel has purchased a new Volvo B9R 13m coach with Sunsundegui bodywork.

The new coach features the rear-mounted, 380bhp Volvo D9B 9.4-litre diesel engine, matched to Volvo's I-Shift 12-speed gearbox, and Arena Travel's David Burrows describes it as a lightweight and versatile coach.

"We had our B12B Volvo coach for seven years with hardly any mechanical issues," says Burrows.

"In deciding to purchase a new vehicle, we looked at the options available and decided that the key for us was that Volvo offered the reassurance of reliability and performance," he continues.

"We've had extremely positive experiences with every Volvo coach, so it seemed a logical choice to purchase this new vehicle on the Volvo chassis," he adds.
