XPO focuses on ‘neurodiversity champions’28 March 2024

XPO, a provider of sustainable logistics solutions, is offering training to ‘neurodiversity champions' as part of its commitment to encourage an inclusive environment.

Neurodiversity refers to the diversity of individuals’s brains and minds and how they function.

The training will explore neurodiverse experiences as well as legal and ethical considerations, and how to create neuro-inclusive environments. By identifying ‘neurodiversity champions,’ the training will raise awareness and create and drive any necessary changes across the business.
