Workshop Manager – Salary circa £45k dependent on experience
The Workshop Manager is responsible for the safe, reliable and cost effective maintenance and repair of the fleet and facilities. You must be able to effectively plan and manage the workshop resources to ensure efficiency and productivity is maximized whilst remaining within budget.
We are looking for an individual with strong leadership and management skills with a good knowledge of engineering and the relevant legislation.
Engineering Supervisor – Salary up to £40k dependent on experience
The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all vehicle servicing and maintenance is carried out in line with the planned schedule. This is a key business objective in maintaining a fleet of buses that are safe, clean and reliable whilst adhering to the company policies and procedures, particularly in relation to Health and Safety.
Managing a team of engineers to undertake work safely and efficiently is important to the role and although previous experience of managing a team would be beneficial we would happily train and develop the right person.
