Bevan Group has appointing Ian Roberts as its first engineering and production director. He joins the Black Country-based business from Danish-owned truck-mounted crane manufacturer HMF, where he spent the last six years as managing director of its UK operation.

Ghirardo most recently served as vice president and general manager for the Engine Air Management product group at Eaton. He will be based in Torino, Italy.
