Extensive B2B sales experience is essential with knowledge of Heavy Duty Engines and a good understanding of bulk gas tank installations, desirable. A flawless communicator and people manager with real influencing skills, you'll be confident and inspiring, whether one-on-one or in presentations. Not to mention truly self-motivated even when travelling regularly away from home – including frequent travel to Warwick.

Fleet Maintenance Manager
OTE up to £50k inc bonus plus benefits
Living within a commutable distance, you'll manage three workshops in Fawley, Plymouth and Neath, providing preventative maintenance procedures. Working within budget yet never compromising on standards, you'll motivate and drive your teams to be the best, keeping a close eye on VOSA and Health & Safety standards. Experience in fleet maintenance is a must and you'll hold a relevant qualification, ideally related to road transport. A background in working with the carriage of hazardous goods in packages and tankers would be to your advantage, as would an LGV C+E licence, ADR licence and CPC membership.
