As our National Fleet Engineer based in Wigan, you will have sound vehicle engineering knowledge including electrical, mechanical and air systems. You will assist with administration duties involved with operating a large fleet, from multiple operating centres around Great Britain.
We’re looking for an individual with:
- Knowledge of transport industry legislation
- Good working knowledge of ancillary equipment and associated systems.
- Strong time management & administration skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Strong knowledge of HGV MOT Testing Standards, vehicle defect rules and tachograph regulations.
- Vehicle Engineering qualifications would be advantageous.
