Hendy Van & Truck beat off competition from 19 other dealers for the title which recognises the top performers in terms of roadside assistance, product knowledge, and parts operation. This follows on from previous success in 2019.
Hendy IVECO general manager Paul Gilbert said that the ranking is a great achievement for Hendy and reinforces its position as one of the UK’s leading heavy truck dealers.
The challenge assesses the performance of IVECO workshops across the UK measuring everything from a dealer’s ability to respond to roadside breakdowns and getting trucks back on the road within six hours, through to workshop repair quality, parts availability, and technical competence.
“This accolade recognises the tremendous work of the whole team,” said Gilbert. “We have great continuity from our colleagues and their commitment to the customers and the marque have contributed massively to this award,” added Paul.
Hendy IVECO covers the south and south west of England, offering commercial vehicle dealer operations in Exeter, Southampton, Portsmouth, Poole, the Isle of Wight and Channel Islands.
