Directional contorl may be lost: it is possible that the polystop (Nylock) nut may become loose or detach, due to an issue with the plastic retaining ring. Should this occur, then detachment of the tie rod/track rod could ensue, which could result in the loss of directional control. Affected vehicles need to be recalled and the polystop nut replaced.
