The role: To maximise productivity by providing leadership and motivation to all engineering staff. You will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance, servicing and cleaning of our fleet is managed and carried out within the specified Health and Safety and Budget parameters, while ensuring compliance to Group Standard Operating Procedures as well as any relevant legislative requirements.
You: You'll be a strong leader with the ability to motivate a team working to defined targets. You'll have an NVQ level 3 engineering qualification or equivalent transport workshop experience, including fleet management systems.
