Engineering Supervisor - Abellio London

Abellio London is a fast growing bus operator with a network of services across London. We currently have an excellent career opportunity for an Engineering Supervisor based at our Walworth depot. The main responsibilities of the position are to effectively supervise the engineering function of the depot, overseeing planned and unplanned maintenance to ensure the required number of buses are available for service, dealing with technical problems, personnel, negotiations, stock control and budgets. This will involve running the engineering facilities in accordance with the company's policies and standards in order to deliver a consistently reliable, safe, high quality and punctual service in line with specified targets and contractual obligations. The role will report to the Engineering Manager and Assistant Engineering Manager. To motivate and command respect, your leadership qualities will be critical.
