We are looking for skilled Engineers to work on shifts (working five days over seven, early shifts and late shifts). The overall purpose of the position is to provide top quality service and repairs in a safe, efficient and economical manner to our fleet of vehicles
If you're currently working in a similar role on PCV or even HGV and fancy a change, then we would like to hear from you. Alternatively if your newly qualified and just starting out in the world of vehicle maintenance and can demonstrate your enthusiasm for the industry, we would like to hear from you too.
As an Engineer your role will cover all aspects of vehicle maintenance and we would expect you to have a good basic knowledge of electrical and body systems as well an in depth knowledge of the mechanical aspects. A PCV driving licence will be required.
Principle duties will be to diagnose and rectify vehicle faults in a right first time environment, we would expect you to be able to observe, recognise and report on vehicle component defects or symptoms which are likely to affect the reliability and safety of the vehicle.
