We are seeking a Head of Branches for MAN Truck & Bus UK in the South of England. This senior role reports directly to the UK Aftersales Director; responsible for the performance of 8 wholly owned MAN Branches across the south of the UK. The main purpose of the role is to deliver high levels of customer and staff satisfaction, to maximise the profitability opportunities of the wholly owned Branches in the area of responsibility and to maximise cooperation with the Sales Force and Private Capital Dealers for the benefit of the MAN Brand. The successful candidate will also be expected to coach and develop Branch Managers to help them deliver high levels of customer and staff satisfaction and maximise their individual Branch's profitability. Required Experience and Knowledge: Proven leadership experience in a senior role, ideally in a retail truck/service environment covering several sites. Experience to include: Service workshops Parts departments Parts sales Managing budgets and costs High level customer relations A full driving license and valid work permit will be required.
