Metrobus is a growing company operating nearly 450 buses in South London, Surrey, and Sussex.
A vacancy has occurred for the position of supervisor within the Engineering Department In Crawley.
The successful applicant will have PSV workshop experience and be able to demonstrate an ability to work closely with the Engineering Manager in order to maintain and develop the motivation and efficiency of a skilled workforce, achieve vehicle planned maintenance targets, vehicle presentation standards within an approved budget and present a workplace that is safe, clean and meets all statutory requirements.
Applicants will need good interpersonal skills and should anticipate a hands-on roll requiring both supervision and practical skills. While necessary training will be provided, they should be computer literate, conversant with the VOSA requirements for PSV safety and inspection and have a working knowledge of Health and Safety best practice.
