Econ Engineering sales director Andrew Lupton died suddenly and unexpectedly on 9 January.
Lupton ran the second-generation family engineering business alongside brother and co-director Jonathon Lupton, and finance director Bev Shepherd.
Econ Engineering said: “His untimely death has come as a terrible shock, and will take some time for us to come to terms with. Our thoughts at this incredibly sad time go out to his family and all those who knew Andrew, either professionally or personally.”
