Italian hydraulic component manufacturer OMFB Group has acquired UK dealer Commercial Vehicle Hydraulics Limited following 30 years of partnership.
OMFB Group company manufactures and sells products such as wet kits, power take off’s (PTOs), pumps, hydraulic motors, variable displacement piston pumps, monobloc valves, VBR directional control valves, proportional delivery pressure-limiting valves, controls, hydraulic tanks, fuel tanks and powerpacks. OMFB Group turned over €80 million in 2021.
Amedeo Bianchi, OMFB Group president, said: “Becoming part of OMFB Group will enable the UK customers to have access to all group products which complement and expand its PTO & pump offering already cemented in the UK market.”
The CVH name will continue; the new company will trade as CVH-OMFB Ltd.
