Continental says that, in addition to high mileage and fuel efficiency characteristic of the new range, the Conti Hybrid HT3 385/55 R 22.5 also offers “optimum” wet grip behaviour, as indicated by its EU ‘B’ label.
The company also states that the combination of rubber compound in the tread, its fuel-saving sidewall and an improved groove geometry all help to reduce fuel consumption by 6% – and hence the ‘B’ marking in this category too.
Also, like all Conti Hybrid tyres, the Conti Hybrid HT3 385/55 R 22.5 trailer tyre can be retreaded.
Newly introduced regrooving indicators in the tread profile make it easier to perform regrooving properly to achieve additional mileage with minimal rolling resistance.
Conti’s Hybrid tyre range also includes trailer tyres for small diameters and high axle loads, aimed at volume transport.
