Food and drinks distributor Culina Group has placed its first major order with Cartwright for refrigerated trailers, praising the manufacturer for its ability to meet “a very tight deadline”.
The order is for insulated box straight frame tri-axle trailers, most with tail-lifts.
Ten of the trailers are liveried in UFIT signage, supplied and fitted by AST Signs, for Culina’s major energy drinks customer.
The majority of the trailers are destined for a Muller Milks products contract, with the remainder for general customer product distribution.
Culina Group has specified SAF Intradrum drum brake axles because of the product’s quality and also warranty benefits. They are also equipped with Carrier Vector 1550 fridge units and internal lighting from Labcraft.
Mark Matkin, Culina Group fleet manager, says: “Cartwright deserve a big pat on the back for accepting a very short deadline for delivery of these new trailers.”
