DAF Trucks has announced that Chesterfield-based A Herring is the 50th DAF dealership to become an authorised testing facility (ATF).
A Herring's appointment follows the appointment of Lothian DAF as an ATF site last month – and, says DAF, the next one is imminent.
DAF's dealer network is achieving a 95% first-time pass rate according to figures from the DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) – up from 94% in 2013 and 93% in 2012.
It also has 1,500 technicians accredited to the irtec licensing scheme.
