Supplied by dealer MAN Tyne Tees, the TGM 26.340BL 6x2-4 BL joins five other MAN trucks on the Gateshead-based operator's fleet.
The 26-tonner is fitted with a dual compartment vacuum tank, taking 2,000 gallons of waste and 1,250 gallons of fresh water, manufactured and fitted by Buckinghams of Kenilworth.
Joseph Bell, Dial-A-Loo director, says the business has "an excellent rapport" with the dealer, having used MAN trucks since 1989.
"We have purchased a number of MANs over the years, both new and pre-owned, from the MAN dealer, and they have a good understanding of what we are looking for in a truck."
In addition, he adds, driver feedback is important: "They all report that the new MAN is very comfortable and quiet, and that the MAN TipMatic auto-box is very responsive."
