Thermal management system supplier Eberspächer has acquired 100% of the share capital of Kalori SAS, a climate control business based in Lyon, France.
Eberspächer says the acquisition of Kalori will help to expand its expertise and reach in the vehicle climate control market.
Kalori’s products include the TrimLine range of ducting outlets, fan blowers and AC components, as well as a range of evaporators and condenser components.
Vince Lee, MD of Eberspächer UK, said the deal will enable his company to be “the one stop shop for cooling and heating solutions, whatever the cab design and in any application”.
