As part of the deal, Trakm8 will equip 266 Eurocell vehicles with its C430 telematics devices, all of which are seamlessly into the Trakm8 Insight platform, providing a 360-degree view of the fleet.
The partnership is expected to help Eurocell increase and optimise vehicle utilisation, improve safety standards across its fleet and enhance driver behaviour to ensure greater efficiency and security. Additionally, with insurance costs on the rise, better risk management was a factor in the decision-making process, as was the drive to reduce carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions as part of Eurocell’s commitment to environmental responsibility. Finally, the use of Trakm8’s C430 telematics devices will also help to reduce fuel costs by addressing inefficiencies such as excessive idling.
