Arriva UK Bus has celebrated its young talent at the Arriva UK Bus engineering apprentice awards, supported by bus and coach parts supplier Imperial Engineering.
The event was attended by apprentices and engineering directors from each of Arriva’s operating companies, as well as Mark Bowd, engineering director for Arriva UK Bus.
Imperial Engineering has supported the event since its inception five years ago, and sales manager John Dwight presented the awards to the winners and runners up.
Dwight said: “Arriva UK Bus is a showcase example of how to manage training for the next generation of engineers and Imperial Engineering is proud to continue its close association with this important work.”
