Designed to cope with the demands of JMC’s operation, the trailer has a ventilated beavertail design to improve aerodynamics and improve fuel economy.
A full width ramp features a twin-hydraulic folding arrangement that lowers to an acute angle, allowing equipment with low ground clearance to be loaded. The trailer also features pull up lashing rings and additional anchor points for bow shackles along the underside.
John Craig, JMC Scotland’s managing director, says: “The trailer is very good. We are happy with the quality and we have had all sorts on it, including agricultural equipment, plant and forklifts.”
He adds: “It is our first order with Cartwright and they are a good company to work with.”
The machine carrier was on show at the Tip-Ex event in Harrogate earlier this year.
