
The vehicles are based at Lynch’s headquarters in Hemel Hempstead and depots around Birmingham.
L Lynch Plant Hire & Haulage provides nationwide operated and self-drive plant hire and haulage and transport services to the construction industry, serving sectors including civil engineering, public utilities and highways maintenance.
The order includes eight DAF CF 450 8x4 tippers fitted with Fruehauf tipping bodies, two Scania P410 8x4s with Thompsons tipper bodies and five Volvo FMX 420 8x4s, also with tipper bodywork from Thompsons.
They join the company’s FORS Gold accredited 140-strong fleet, together with two Scania G450 8x2 rigids, each mounted with Sterling Group plant bodies featuring Cheesewedge fold-forward ramps and HIAB 558 EP-5 cranes.
