Cenex, the UK centre of excellence for low carbon and fuel cell technologies, will host its fifth annual Low Carbon Vehicle (LCV) event from 5 to 6 September at Millbrook Proving Ground.
The event, which is expected to attract more than 2,500 visitors and up to 200 exhibitors, is due to showcase the latest low and ultra-low carbon vehicles from UK technology providers, with a ride and drive experience around the tracks.
"The LCV Event is a real highlight for Millbrook and we're pleased to have Cenex on site with us again this year," comments Millbrook Proving Ground head of powertrain engineering Neil Fulton.
"The event brings together automotive and low carbon experts from all over the world and it will influence the development of future vehicles," he continues.
"The sharp rise in the number of low carbon vehicles over recent years has seen a shift in development, testing and approval procedures, and Millbrook is playing a key role in bringing these types of vehicle to market."
