MAN recognised AN Richards for best customer service, with WG Davies (Swansea) as runner up in the category, while the 2016—17 award for marketing campaign of the year went to MAN Truck & Bus Exeter.
“Over the last nine years we have been runners up twice and winners on five occasions, which is some achievement considering the quality of the competition,” comments Chris Marshall, director of DSV Commercials (pictured centre).
“I cannot describe how proud I felt for everyone at the branch when it was announced we were the winners,” states Gary Stannett, aftersales branch manager at MAN Truck & Bus Felixstowe
And Steve Affleck, regional director of Imperial Motors, says: “I was speechless when I discovered we had won the small dealership category, but it certainly rewards the investment we have made over the last few years.”
“Our annual dealer awards are now an established highlight of MAN Truck & Bus UK’s events calendar, says MAN’s network director Rob Zubovic.
“It’s about our dealers proving their continuous commitment to the operators of MAN vehicles, supporting them 24 hours a day, seven days a week.”
