Nissan vans and new people for growing Bevan

Bodybuilder Bevan Group has made two changes to its management team and bought a new, extended fleet of mobile workshops for its aftercare business.
Roy Shelton becomes the firm's first business development manager – focusing on its dry freight box, curtainside and platform bodies as well as temperature-controlled bodywork for rigid trucks, with Schmitz Cargobull – while Simon Dryburgh has been recruited to fill his previous position of aftercare manager. As fir the mobile workshops, they're based on Nissan NV400 vans, racked out to carry technicians' tools and equipment, and liveried by Bevan's own graphics division. "By the end of July we'll have 20 new vans on the road," says Dryburgh. "That's six more than we were running previously, and reflects rapidly growing demand for our aftercare services."
