Dealer Northside Truck & Van has become one of the first three Mercedes-Benz franchisees to secure the manufacturer's Van ProCenter accreditation.
Covering Yorkshire and north Lincolnshire, Northside's achievement means light commercial vehicle customers can be assured of a high quality service, audited by Mercedes-Benz.
Van ProCenter dealers must meet several criteria, including extended opening hours, sales staff numbers and training, expertise with specific models and business sectors and advice on bodybuilding options.
Other factors include the availability of Sprinter, Vito and Citan demonstration vehicles for test drives at short notice.
After-sales service is also verified, and includes training of technicians and availability of replacement vehicles, and collection and delivery services.
