Mercedes-Benz dealer Orwell Truck & Van has opened a new £1 million sales centre in Ipswich, promising ‘best-in-class’ product presentation.
According to Neil Jacob, Orwell’s managing director, the investment underlines the dealer’s commitment to provide LCV operators with “the very finest customer service”.
The new centre – close to the A12 at Martlesham Heath – is the latest investment by parent company Imperial Holdings, since it acquired the franchised partner for East Anglia in 2013.
The opening means that Orwell’s Ipswich team joins the dealer’s Newmarket and Norwich sites in securing Mercedes-Benz Van ProCenter accreditation – a European quality standard for people and procedures.
