ERECA (the Exhaust Retrofit Emission Control Alliance) has launched an air quality knowledge portal at www.ereca.eu that combines data on emissions busting technology from Eminox, HJS and Proventia.
The ERECA resource presents best practice examples from projects that have improved air quality in some of Europe’s largest cities and the companies say it will be regularly updated with technical developments and retrofit project results.
As a group, ERECA promotes the emissions reduction retrofit equipment route as an immediate and cost effective way to improve air quality without incurring very high costs.
The website also provides details of equipment that can be retrofitted t obuses, coaches, trucks and vans to reduce emissions of particulate matter and oxides of nitrogen.
