Renault converts used tractors to rigids

Rigids
Renault Trucks is expanding its range of used vehicles with the Range T P-Road, a tractor converted into a rigid.

The latest addition to Renault’s ‘Used Trucks Factory’ range, the Range T P-Road is converted at the Bourg-en-Bresse manufacturing site, in France.

At the factory workshop, used tractors are first against a 200-point checklist before being converted in accordance with the truck builder’s manufacturing standards.

The cab, drive chain and suspension are then removed so that the existing rails can be replaced by new rails with a customised wheelbase. This guarantees the vehicle’s robustness and suitability for any type of body and purpose.

The Range T P-Road is available in the 4x2 frame version, with a choice of three wheelbase lengths (5,600, 6,000 and 6,500 mm). Vehicles can also be customised for use by driving schools or removal companies, for example.

The Range T P-Road is guaranteed for one year or 120,000km (75,000 mls). The guarantee covers all driveline components (engine, gearbox and bridges) and applies to all Renault Trucks sales and service outlets throughout Europe.
