The Road Haulage Association (RHA) has provided an update on a meeting with Transport for London (TfL) on the Progressive Safe System.
Following feedback from the sector, the RHA asked TfL to clarify the wording of the technical specifications accompanying the Progressive Safe System, to ensure incorrect warnings to drivers are eliminated. The association also asked TfL to consider extending the grace period to allow time for any changes to bed in.
The association will continue holding discussions with TfL. It will keep members updated when it has more information.
