Ryder Europe has completed the purchase of nationwide trailer repair and maintenance specialist Bullwell Trailer Solutions.
David Hunt, vice president and managing director, Ryder Europe, says that Lichfield, Staffordshire-based Bullwell will continue to operate from its existing locations, running alongside Ryder.
"We presently operate one of the largest trailer rental and contract hire fleets in the UK," comments Hunt.
"The acquisition of Bullwell fits perfectly with our ongoing investment and growth strategy," he continues.
"It will enable us to build on our strong market proposition in trailers, and enhance our nationwide repairs and onsite maintenance services to all of our truck and trailer customers."
