Kent-based truck dealership MC Group has invested £50,000 in a new MOT lane as part of its ongoing expansion plans.
The Maidstone facility now has two dedicated, VOSA-authorised MOT lanes and can offer class 4, 5 and 7 vehicle testing.
MC Group moved its growing rental division to new premises to free up space for the new MOT lane, with its main aim to take a share of the class 7 market for smaller commercial vehicles.
Opening hours have been extended and MOTs are offered from 6am to 10pm every weekday, and 6am to midday on Saturdays.
MC Group has eight regional depots, employs 300 staff, and is a dealer for Volvo Truck and Bus and Isuzu Trucks.
