Thomas Hardie Commercials is celebrating after scooping the top dealer award for 2015 from Volvo Trucks.
The trophy was presented to the dealership’s senior management team by Arne Knaben, Volvo Group UK managing director (pictured right), at the recent Volvo Trucks dealer conference.
Thomas Hardie Commercials was cited for a “consistently outstanding performance in key business areas”, with its five dealerpoints delivering top levels of customer satisfaction according to the manufacturer’s retail excellence survey.
It also scored highly for breakdown resolutions, MOT first-time pass rates, depot quarterly audits and aftermarket performance.
As well as the top dealer prize, two Thomas Hardie Commercials team members also picked up awards.
Richard Madden won the award for sales success achievement award, for his work behind the scenes supporting the commercial team. And Ross Talbot was presented with the ‘extra mile’ award for maintaining excellent customer relations throughout his 40 years with the business.
