Vehicle rental and lease giant Ryder has been awarded sole supplier status by Topps Tiles, the UK’s largest tile retailer – with the latter taking 17 SDC curtainsiders all fitted with Moffett Mounty forklifts and bearing its new livery.
A further 10 trailers will be renewed by Ryder later in the yea, according to Kevin Smith, Topps Tiles national transport manager.
“We went through a rigorous tender process and were looking for a partner who understood our business culture and operational demands,” he recalls.
“Ryder was the perfect fit and we could see that we could develop a long-term relationship.”
