Haulier A Hingley Transport has taken delivery of the first V8 Golden Griffin truck, Scania's limited edition vehicle launched to celebrate its 50th anniversary in the UK.
Delivered by dealer Keltruck, the tractor specified by West Midlands-based A Hingley is the 730bhp version, with Scania's R-series Streamline Topline cab. A 580bhp model is also available.
The haulier has already notched up another first with the truck manufacturer – it owns the first Scania sold in the UK, a Scania-Vabis LB76.
