The Bristol & Avon Group says it has launched what it calls the ’ultimate’ tipper - in the shape of a pair of Charlton-bodied Scania eight-wheelers specified with both R sleeper cabs and the Swedish manufacturer’s 16.4-litre 651bhp V8 engines.

Miniclipper Logistics has taken delivery of two new DAF LF260 18-tonne diesel 4x2 curtainsiders as it continues to reshape its 70-strong truck and trailer fleet for the future.
